A: Going to be well surprised that this comes with a very well made case, and a screen protector. Going to the manufacture website may lead to some answers there. This company is in Destin Florida. Do they make this phone there? That may be so. BLU does not skimp on their product. The cost is extremely low, in relation to the market. My V81 has not let me down in any respect. The case durable, and already paid for itself when it went down a few steps. Sure Amazon has more options.. but it does come with both.

Q: The battery is removable? If not how do you insert the sim card? I will need to put inside an Italian sim card? Will work in Italy? Thanks

A: Sim card goes in the side of the phone. You don't need to remove battery. I use mine in Mexico
