Q: Do these headphones work with any other product besides Apple?

A: These headphones will give you fantastic sound from any device with a standard headphone jack. However, the microphone and control buttons on these headphones were designed specifically for the Apple ios family of devices with those particular features.

A: I've used them on my laptop, iPhone, and kindle fire. You should be okay.

A: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is incorrect, the headband has an adjustable slide on each side. We've reached out to Best Buy and made them aware of this. Feel free to contact us if you have other questions to help with your decision to purchase the headphones.

Q: How well does this isolate noise/sound vs. beats solo 2?

A: My daughter had them in and volume up and I could not hear the music sitting next to her.

A: Use with my hearing aids - excellent sound quality. I can easily understand the conversation.

Q: Will these work with airplane jacks?

A: Yes. They have a standard plug that works on the plane phone and any other device you can use ear buds with.

Q: Does the mic work with a PC (not Mac)?

A: The SoundTrue On-Ear headphones offer an inline microphone with remote and volume controls designed specifically for certain Apple devices (such as iPhone, iPad, MacBook and iPod Touch). The volume controls are compatible only with Apple devices, though the microphone will work with many other cell phones and even some PC’s. The PC would require a combination headphone/microphone jack to allow for both audio output and microphone input. It meets my needs
I find earbuds to be uncomfortable. I needed something so I could listen to stuff on my PC and other devices without bothering those around me and without breaking the bank.

Great product , Amazing sound
I absolutely love these headphones. Have been using bose headphones for a while now and along with the great sound quality I am happy to see the new color options! Pros: Amazing sound - These headphones offer amazing sound quality as the previous versions have offered. These are not noise cancellation headphones but still do a great job at restricting exterior sound/noise. Multiple uses - I have used these headphones for watching movies, listening to music, taking calls and meetings, playing videogames and no matter what I use them for the sound quality is as good each time. Comfort - I just cannot stop praising the comfort offered by bose headphones. They are extremely lightweight and the ear cushions are extremely comfortable around the ears. They do not grip you tight around the ears like most other headphones thus providing the comfort of being able to wear them for a long duration without any inconvenience. Size - The headphones are not bulky, easy to carry around and they fold into the small case that makes it easy to pack them anywhere. They will fit pretty much anywhere, just not into your pocket :) New colors - I am glad to see bose add a bit of color to the headphones and shift from the traditional black/gray and appeal to a wider variety of folks. Voice controls - The mic along with the volume controls are conveniently placed and ensure that these headphones can be used for much more than just movies or music!
