Bower - DSLR Hand Grip

My camera came with a neck strap, which I hated. Camera was too bulky to use the strap around my neck, and it constantly got caught on things. I saw this hand grip at Best Buy and decided to try it. Works great and feels secure in my hand. I would have rated it a 5 except that the part that secures it to the bottom of camera is bulky, and the strap gets in the way of opening the battery compartment.

I bought this as another way to hold my camera without it hanging from my neck. There is something wrong with this hand strap tho! Attaching it to my camera was an hour long process, it doesn't secure very well at all, so I don't even trust it to use it alone, and it's not comfortable to use. It was far too big for my Nikon D5300 unless I had the grip attached to the camera, and even then it wasn't comfortable. I know I have small hands but this strap did nothing for me. My main concern was that the part that attached to the side of the camera was never tight and secure. I never used it out and about because frankly, I was afraid it was going to detach from my camera. It was cheap enough but I still wish I could return it. I had to destroy the packaging to get it out and after I figured out that it wasn't gonna work, I wasn't gonna go in and try to return it.

Doesn't come with any instructions. Is difficult to determine how it attaches to your camera. Looked the product up online to try to find help and there wasn't any available.

Provides additional hold on the camera to make it feel more secure while using.

I love the hand gear it is so handy for quick shots

I bought this product and it is an all right product i have seen better. Bought it does what is needed i just don't know how long it will last.

A friend recommended this hand grip and it is awesome and will be beneficial for my amateur photography hobby!
