Solid label printer in high traffic environment
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. We utilize 6 of these for a check-in system for children. We print out hundreds of tags a week. Each client gets multiple tags. This printer prints and cuts them automatically . We use them in conjunction with ipads over wifi. If you have a solid wifi network you'll have few issues. Brother branded labels are too expensive. Because of our volume, we use generic compatible labels without any issues. Wifi password entry on the printer is by use of arrow keys, so long complicated passwords are a pain.

Great Printer
||Posted .We have 6 of these printers in my office and use them all of the time. We have not had to replace one of them. We only replace the ink and labels when needed. You will not be disappointed in this if you get it.

Q: QuestionCan it print barcodes?
Asked by Dave.
- A:Answer Yes it prints barcodes, the check-in system we use on the QL-820NWB generates a barcode that is too small so the bars/spaces are indistinct. Scanning them is not possible. All that to say YES it printer barcodes but "scan-ability" depends on the program generating them.
