Perfect for the Callanetics fan
As someone who did Callanetics in the 80s, I found this video perfect. The trainer goes at a good pace and utilizes many of the original excercises with some new ones mixed it.
If you are unfamiliar with Callanetics, the workout is very different and may take some time to get used to.
