A: The question here is whether you're asking about the camera or the lens. Issues of being good for low light depend more on the lens you're using rather than the camera mostly. I bought my camera with the Canon RF 18-150 is f/3.5-6.3. It can do low light but I'd recommend a tripod - and a professional could do this well. For lowlight, as still a learner, I'd prefer anything below f/2.0 but those lenses will cost more. I love my Canon RF 24mm f/1.8 lens. It costs around $500, but this awesome lens will serve anyone well for both video and photography. It's most capable of doing both! Add this one to your kit and your low light issues just got easier to manage without costing you a boat load of $$$ for the high dollar ones. This is my all-purpose lens now - matches with my former Canon 22mm f/2.0 I used in the past with my Canon M50 - hope this helps! Watch videos! Take a few photography classes! Keep shooting! You'll soon be good to go!

I spent weeks reading, watching videos and just procrastinating... its hard to decide what camera you should buy because everyone has 100 reasons why you should/shouldnt buy a certain camera (like all material things in life) i was left full of doubt and almost decided not to pursue photography. Eventually something in me said "just do it or you will regret it later" so i did... I bought the canon EOS R10 with the 18-150 lense and let me tell ya, i have been blown away by this amazing little camera. Granted its the first one i have ever owned and used but after watching a handful of videos it is surprisingly easy to use. Its very well put together buttons seem like they are placed in the right spots And i feel like i have gotten some pretty decent photos already (maybe 2 weeks of use). Only thing is it does not come with a lense hood, i picked one up from amazon for around $10. Overall i would suggest this camera for basically all types of photography.

I went from a Canon PowerShot that is over 10 years old to this camera. The difference in the clarity is night and day! It's extremely light and has a touchscreen that helps with quick menu options as well as quick touch focus. This camera came with the 18-150 kit lens and I love it!
