Q: Is this phone guaranteed to work on a Verizon Wireless personal (NOT business) account?
A: Yes, this will work on a Verizon Wireless personal account.
Q: Does this phone work on the Verizon 4G LTE personal network.
A: The specifications say it is a 3G phone, so no it will not work with a 4G network. Someone asked, 2 years ago, if it works with Verizon and the answer was "yes". Having said that, I think Verizon has, since that time, started blocking phones that they don't sell themselves (which IMHO, ought to be illegal). If you look at unlocked phones on Amazon and you see a lot of user comments about phones that the vendor claimed worked with Verizon, however, someone bought it and found out it didn't work (often times the seller asks them to contact them so they can walk them through how to make it work, so I suspect they are doing something to masquerade as a supported phone). Unfortunately Best Buy themselves does not monitor these Q&A things and do the research for you and give you an answer - you'll only get answers from other users, and frankly, this particular question can only be answered by someone who actually has one. I'm shopping for a new phone myself, so I can't answer you. Sorry, I could only answer the 4G part..
Q: Is this T mobile compatible?
A: Yes, this is T mobile compatible.
Q: Does this phone work with U.S Cellular service? Are they considered a “major network”?
A: Yes, This phone work with U.S Cellular service.
Q: Does this phone work with consumer cellular?
A: undefined
Q: When will you restock? Can I purchase in bulk (500 pcs)?
A: The phone has been discontinued according to Cat. Unfortunately they aren't making any phones that will work on the Verizon network any more. All the new ones exclude Verizon. I guess they didn't get along. All CAT phones are compatible with GSM carriers, which include AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. On the other hand, CDMA carriers like Verizon and US Cellular don’t work with CAT phones.
Q: Will this phone work with AT&T?
A: It did not work with AT&T. Best buy associate said because of 3G updates. I had to return the phone.
Q: Does this phone work with at&t
A: No.
