I've used this phone for about a year now. I've had the phone in the hot tub, always switching the speakers to the 5m selection first and no problems. 4 days ago, getting all sweaty in the yard, my camera fills with moisture. Other than that, the phone has been a 4.5 star phone. If you're right handed, touch your thumb to the last knuckle of your pinky. This is where "back" is, in annoyingville. The audio optimizer must be removed in order to get any quality music from the phone. It's a shame it wasn't built with a wireless charging capability, you know, since it's waterproof..

cool I have a new toy...I cat get in the water or bring the phone to work in the field...but the camera is ok..I know I but this phone because is water resistan and dust resistant but way no make all in one the first time...I don't know? I remember when we make everthing in the USA we make all right the fist time because we know what we need...Caterpillar if you guys like to compete with LG,Sansung ,Sony or iPhone you need to make all in one...camera is very important now days....I ove the phone and the thermal camera 3 ram ..super fast and clean look...

Rugged - yes. FLIR camera is good but there are better options. Regular camera would have been good 10 years ago. I have had this phone for four months. It is not satisfactory because. 1. Bluetooth doesn't work with my Ram truck. Bluetooth doesn't work with my wife's Acura. Bluetooth doesn't work in the Subaru. I messaged asking for help. They said......do a factory reset. Didn't help. 2. The "mute" button is in the middle of the screen. During phone conversations, it hits my cheek and mutes me. 3. Conversations get dropped in areas that don't drop my wife's iphone and didn't drop my Galaxy S9. 4. The focus on the camera is poor and slow. Sometimes it won't focus to collect the image. Other times the image is out of focus. 5. I lock the screen 99% of the time before pocketing the phone. If I don't, there will be a butt dial to one of my contacts......every stinking time!!! I'm going back to my S9. I will use this as a sub-par thermal camera. My best advice is stick with an iphone or galaxy, get a rugged case, and buy the FLIR ONE that plugs into the charging port.

This is the most user friendly phone I have ever had including I phones and androids. I haven't had time to try all of its features yet but I am most impressed with what I have used. I am also pleased with the durability and the Gorilla 5 protection screen on it. I love the fact that it is waterproof in up to 4 foot of water for an hour. I have to admit I am afraid to try that feature out, but should I drop it in the water I expect it to be ok. The design is sleek for it durability factor.

I bought this phone for my brother. He is agriculturist. I thought this phone useful for him. But he didn't like that. Trim and clarity and sound. I returned back.

Phone very durable just too bulky for my taste. Returning for refund

Only lasted my husband about a year and he's a construction worker... not worth the money

This phone is best one I have ever owned! I don't know why they dont make all phones like this! I am a contractor and break phones all Time! I think this last longer than traditional phone
