A: I had emailed Chefman telling them that also, that I couldn't get into the "club" because when I typed in MY correct access code that's on the bottom of MY Chefman airfryer, I kept getting a reply saying THAT access coed didn't exist. Someone from Cheftman emailed me back saying to type in the word "SUPPORT" in ALL CAPS, for the access code, so I did, and it WORKED. ;) I hope it does for YOU TOO. :)
Q: Can you actually see through the viewing window or is it kind of blurred like an oven window?
A: No. Not at all even at 400 decgrees farenheight its still extremely clear! I have been looking for airfryers with windows and its been very useful while cooking, it is also very quiet.. I 100% reccomend this!
A: In my experience, the light goes out on it's own after a few minutes.
A: No, I believe you are meant to leave it on. The purpose of the rubber is to make sure the tray fits snuggly into the basket. It also helps to prevent scratching between the tray and the basket.
Q: Does it need or is it better to spray the tray with cooking spray first?
A: The manual specification says not to use any cooking sprays. So far I've had no reason to think it needs it. It's done great without it. Wipes clean after cool downwith paper towels. It does come with some sample drip pads, but haven't used them either.
Q: Is this appliance dual voltage? Would it work with 220?
A: The Chefman Air Fryer RJ38-WD-8T is rated for 120 Volts AC, 1700 Watts only.
