Customers are positive about the Volcano Digital Waffle Maker for its ease of use, compact size, and affordable price. They appreciate the included measuring cup for consistent results. However, some customers express concerns about the batter consistency, cooking time, occasional burnt waffles, and messiness while pouring the batter.
It’s different being smart precise measure cup included and selection of 4 different settings the pictures are for crisp only second try I am an amateur.

I tried this for the first time earlier this week. It looks like a sturdy well made product. When I unpacked the waffle maker, there were small pieces of plastic in the packing materiels that looked like they had broken off of the waffle maker. However, I can find no obvious damage to the waffle maker itself so I am hoping for the best. Instructions are fairly comprehensive. From my first attempt, the waffle maker makes reasonably tasty waffles and it is non-stick without any added oil. However, even fillling the supplied scoop to the rim, it did not make complete waffles. Each waffle I made had one quadrant that wasn't full. It may do better with a different waffle mix (I used Pillsbury complete waffle mix for the first attempt). The waffle batter was thin and poured easily into the spout on the waffle maker; but, for all three waffles I made, one of the four quadrants did not fill completely. Waffles were fully cooked and tasted fine. They just weren't as nice looking as I would have liked. Clean up was fairly easy. The detachable pour spout was easy to clean. However, clean up of the piece ofn the waffle maker that the pour spout attaches to was a little tricky. I was able to get it clean using a small plastic bottle brush. Overall, I like the idea behind this waffle maker. I just hope that future attempts result in complete waffles.

How to make a perfect waffle. Buy this waffle maker. It comes with a cup sized perfect for the right amount for each waffle. Little bit of a pain cleaning the pour funnel/chamber. But the timer, nonstick surface, and measuring cup make it so easy to make perfect waffles without having batter pouring out the sides. I have been using mine every weekend for the past few months with absolutely, no complaints.
