Our Autotechs are MECP-certified, and their workmanship is warrantied for life. Plus, if you ever sell your vehicle we'll reinstall your factory speakers for free. Before we begin
When you bring your vehicle into best buy we'll discuss the scope of work to ensure that services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
If necessary, we'll connect a wiring harness (sold separately) to your factory wiring, which allows your speakers to remain in phase, and the factory speakers to be reinstalled if you ever sell the vehicle.
Remove your old speakers
We’ll go through our pre-installation checklist, and remove your old speakers and any necessary dashboard panels.
Connect the new speaker pair
We’ll cut holes and route wires to the radio or amplifier. Some wire runs may require additional labor.
We’ll vacuum the work area, answer any questions you may have, and provide solutions as needed. We’ll also demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
*This service does not include vehicle-specific parts or accessories. For speaker installation, the cost of parts will vary. Such parts and any additional parts or extensive labor are extra.
Your Geek Squad Autotech will provide an estimate prior to performing work that requires an additional charge (including nonstandard installation) and any additional parts. Any additional charges will be assessed after the installation is complete.
Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.

Geek installed new speakers on my 1999 Miata
After purchasing brand new Bose OEM door speakers for my 1999 Miata (which weren't available at Best Buy), I had Trevor install them at the Orange store. What a great, professional job they did there!! I am super pleased with the work and with the personality/helpfulness of Trevor.
A:AnswerInstall on a set of components would include the install of the woofer and the tweeter and any crossover that the speaker set came with. Only thing additional would be any speaker spacers or speaker harnesses that would be need to complete the install. Anything custom would need to be quoted by the installer doing the install.
