Q: Will this work on a 2014 Jetta TDI?
A: I don’t see why not but we used the regular system not VW specific and it worked fine. Much cheaper too :)
A: This only can be installed as a one way remote starter, which won’t show if the car started or not. The range is as short as the car’s factory keys range. My 2013 jetta s for example is very short. So you need to see your car to make sure it started. I’d recommend installing a range extender with/on the remote.
