Good non severe use AIO cooler
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This is for the Corsair H100i AIO liquid cooler. I comes with all the hardware to use on either Intel or AMD boards. Great for all who are looking for the lighting and who have normal cooling needs. Only three pump speeds in the iCue control panel, Silent, Balanced and Extreme. I saw no difference between Balanced-2300 RPM and Extreme-2800 RPM. I think the heatsink and radiator dictate the cooling capacity and running the pump faster doesn't make any difference. You will need an open USB 2.0 headed on your board if you want to use the Corsair iCue fan and Pump control software. I didn't so, I had to use a USB splitter. I will include a picture. I tried it with the already applied thermal paste and with a premium thermal paste. I saw no difference in CPU temperature, and many review sites have had the same experience, so I would just use the applied thermal paste. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating is because the holes where the fans attach and you screw it to the top of the case aren't threaded. It is a real effort to screw in the included threaded screws and the heads of the screws will strip out if you don't have a good screwdriver head. Seems if you provided threaded screws ,the holes that they go into should be threaded also. I dropped my CPU temps by 10 degrees below the temps that I was getting with the AMD Wraith Prism cooler that came with my Ryzen 3700X which I run at stock settings and my chipset, MOS and M.2 temps run cooler seeing as all the heat is being exhausted from the case rather than into the case as it is with the Wraith Cooler. So I think that this is a sufficient cooler for 65 watt CPUs or maybe even 105 watt CPUs that aren't overclocked, but if you are running CPUs that can be radically overclocked, you may want to look to an AIO with better cooling properties.

A must have for a gamer!
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I am running a very old Intel Core i7-3820. I have used its standard overclocking from 3600MHz to 3800MHz for 9 years now. I felt it time to amp up this old tech to 4561MHz and purchase this liquid cooler to make it possible. The addition of this Corsair Hydro H100i Platinum cooler has brought my CPU resting temps down by at least 8 degrees Celsius and when I push my processor to the max this cooler very quickly and efficiently cools those cores back down while keeping its auto adjusted fan speeds at or below 70% at all times. At full power my CPU temps have not increased past 54 degrees Celsius, which is 12.5 degrees Celsius below Intel's declared threshold for my CPU. This cooler is outperforming my original expectations. If you do not know what you are doing please do not attempt to overclock your CPU due to my review. The stats I listed above only pertain to my experience and is for informative purposes only. I have only had this cooler for just over a month, but it has been a beauty to look at and a definite game changer so far. It was an extremely easy install and is working perfect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Corsair is great, however...
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Hi there. Big Corsair fan here. In my old build, I used a H100i for 5+ years, and it worked like a champ, with overclocking and a lot of high end gaming. Just built a new computer, and chose this as my AIO due to really good past interactions with various products. New computer is also with a Corsair case and Corsair ram. Unfortunately, there happened to be a manufacturing flaw in this specific unit. The plug where they fill the reservoir during manufacturing had a slow leak, which was dripping coolant down onto my fans/GPU and making a mess of my case. It was so slight, it took some sleuthing to figure it out. In any case, I contacted Corsair for an RMA, and am waiting to hear back. Due to the rest of my computer parts being slow getting here due to Covid and such, it took me a bit to finish building my new PC. By the time I'd noticed this it was 2 days past the return date for Best Buy, unfortunately. Nothing else was damaged or anything like that. So currently waiting to get another shipped over to me from Corsair. I'll simply ask for the same item, as I know their quality is generally really good, and this is probably just a one-off.

Better Than Expected!
||Posted .Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.I recently bought a barebones desktop that included the another brand cooler AIO. Unfortunately for me the cooler was not installed properly and did not cool the I9-9900K CPU at all. Hence my purchase of this AIO cooler. I am familiar with Corsair coolers, but had purchased larger versions (H110 for example) for full size tower desktops. This was my first purchase of a 240MM cooler for the mid-size tower of my build. Setup was fairly straight forward for me since I am familiar with installing Corsair AIOs. Once installed and the system running, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the idle temperatures of the CPU -- between 27C and 28C! I just finished running a stress test using the Intel Extreme Tuning App (which is free) and over 5 minutes running at 100% CPU, the package temperature never exceeded 60C and generally remained stable between 53C and 55C. That was much better than I expected. Bottom line I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it. Only time will tell how durable it is, but for now it is doing a great job of protecting the CPU and Motherboard.

Good, quiet pump and fans.
||Posted .I was having trouble cooling my AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, but this thing works wonders. I was previously using a Noctua NH-D15, but it rested on my gpu and caused the cpu to overheat. The cpu would spike to ~105° Celsius and then shut off. Now, it runs at ~75-80° Celsius even when running a game in 4k. I'm glad it works, but i hate liquid coolers for the setup. It is a huge annoyance. Especially the way this one is set up for AM4 sockets with the little latch locks. They twist and come undone from the mount as you are screwing them on. And, this thing adds 7 more wires running through the back of my case. The asthetic is very nice, the RGB lighting is super bright and there are multiple LEDs in both the fans and the pump. It is also very quiet, even on extreme performance it is quieter than my Noctua was. I am very pleased with the cooler, I guess i just get too annoyed setting things like this up after all the times I've rebuilt my pc lol! (Little steep on the price, but Best Buy had it in stock & i needed something fast so I could use my PC.)

Cooling block not lighting up
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Overall It’s a great cooler if setup properly. I just wish they mentioned some where on the instructions you need a gold power supply or a power supply with all wires in your sata cable or your cooling block will not light up. Don’t be like me buying a cheap bronze power supply and trying to figure out why I have lights on the fan but not the cooling block. Now I’m rewiring my whole computer again just to get this thing up.

Proven model that gets the job done and looks good
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I have had this installed for about a month now in a new build for an i3-10100. Admittedly, I'm not hardcore gaming with it, so the CPU isn't being pushed a ton, but this cooler is working really well, looks great, and the RGB is really solid. I have it top mounted in an exhaust position. No issues. Even though this model in Corsair's lineup is now a couple of years old, their newer stuff is using the same water pump. So, it's a proven, mature platform, and this model doesn't disappoint. It's probably overkill for my needs, but I love the look, and since it's never taxed to hard, it's quiet, even though I'm using a pretty open style case (Corsair 4000D Airflow), still don't hear the fans much.

Good quality 240mm radiator for mid size towers
||Posted .Owned for 1 week when reviewed.Simple setup instructions, no cosmetic or quality issues. Was able to get into my NZXT h510i easy enough, mounted easily to my motherboard. Temps are great. Running this with a 140mm top exhaust and 120 mm rear exhaust fan, and a GPU that is in low 70s under load, and my CPU stays in the 50s-60s under load, occasionally reaching low 70s in brief spikes. I get 32-45 at idle. iCUE is straight forward to setup profiles, recognized my cooler immediately. Happy with the RGB and performance settings. The dashboard feature is neat if you don't have any other hardware monitoring software.

Q: Questionhello, ive built into the corsair 220t case and have 2 sticks of vengeance pro rgb ram. my question is will there be enough room to fit the radiator and fans up top?
Asked by Brandon.
- A:Answer I just built a pc using the corsair 500D case, and I found out, by checking the website, that it was compatible with this cooler. I also used the corsair vengeance ram and it fit just fine in my case. Just now, after checking the website for your case, it seems as if it should be able to fit in there. Hopefully I'm not mistaken here and all goes well if you get this cooler, but good luck just in case. Here a list of the coolers compatible with your case: H55, H60, H75, H80i, H90, H100i, H105, H110i, H115i, H150i
