Q: Can I use the "crock" part of my crock pot in my oven?
A: I did with no problem.
Q: after the time is up ,does the crock pot shut off by its self ?
A: No it does not.
Q: can this be ordered or not available at all?
A: When I purchased this, I ordered this online and it was shipped to my home. I am very happy with the crock pot and with the whole order experience.
Q: Does the crockpot have a glass or plexiglass lid?
A: The lid is plastic of what type it is not marked. If it is a concern contact the manufacturer. We have used it many times and like it more than the old models. It is very easy to clean.
Q: crock pot is good, but the lid broke Can I just get a new lid? How & where

Q: Does the outside of this crock pot get really hot?
A: It gets hot but not excessively so. Regardless, when it's hot we always use pot holders when lifting or taking off the lid.
