Q: When I try to turn the oven to ON position to the left it is very difficult - Is this normal?
A: It's not normal, but is probably the usual on this oven. Mine was difficult to turn at first. If you can not exert enough torque, get someone with a strong grip to do it for you. After a couple of times, it loosens up.
