Q: Can you use hot chocolate & tea pods also?
A: I used Swiss Miss hot chocolate pods without an issue.

A: You use the Cuisinart Water Filters.
A: I use both Keurig and Generic K Cups of All Kinds. I do not have a problem. Make are the needles are clean. Run some water thru with no K Cup.
