Contactless Curbside Pickup is a safe, convenient and free way to get the goods fast.*
Your safety and convenience is our priority. Place your order online from your computer, tablet, phone or using the Best Buy app. When you receive an email that your order is ready for pickup, use the Best Buy app for step-by-step instructions, or click on the email when you arrive at the store to pick up your order.
Step 1: Select Curbside Pickup.
Shop our site and add your selections to your cart. On the “Review and Place Your Order” screen, select “Use Curbside Pickup” and place your order. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Step 2: Get ready. Get set. Go.
Your confirmation email will include instructions on where to park and how to let us know you’ve arrived at the store. Make sure to bring your photo ID and the credit card you used for your order. Remember, you can use our friends and family pickup option* any time it’s not convenient to pick up the order yourself. And you’ll still pay no shipping charges.
Step 3: Drive up. Get the goods.
Let us know when you arrive, and we’ll bring your items to you, or to your designated pickup person. Just pop the trunk and you’re on your way. Curbside Pickup is available for most items at participating stores. See your local store hours.
Fast Store Pickup.

To keep our employees and customers as safe as possible, we’re limiting access to Store Pickup and offering longer Curbside Pickup hours in most locations. In locations where Store Pickup is available, we offer one-hour pickup* for most items, free shipping to stores, and other fast and easy ways to get your order. Look for the “Store Pickup” option in checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Go in the store to the Store Pickup desk where your order will be waiting.
Free shipping to stores.
If the item you’re interested in is out of stock at your local Best Buy store, but is available online, we’ll ship it there for free. This option excludes music, DVDs, video games and other select items.
Friends and family pickup.
Would you like to have a friend or family member pick up your order? Or send a gift across the miles? You have the option to have anyone you select pick it up at a convenient Best Buy store location — by using the friends and family pickup option.* And you’ll still pay no shipping charges. This option excludes cell phones.
Avoid delivery charges and scheduling conflicts by picking up your items at a Best Buy warehouse near you. This is a great option for appliance purchases and more.
Ready in one hour:
*Some orders require additional payment validation and take longer to process. Items such as TVs, large appliances, and mobile phones with plans will take additional time to pick up in the store.
Friends and family pickup option:
*Order online and simply tell us who will be picking up your items. Select this option during checkout to designate a family member, a friend or virtually anyone you’d like to pick up your order. You’ll be asked to provide the pickup person’s name, email address and phone number. They’ll need to show their ID and the order number during the Curbside Pickup process at the store. The friends and family pickup option excludes cell phones, activated devices, point-of-sale activated gift cards, CDs, digital and pre-owned games, Best Buy for Business products, and currently inactive products.
