A: I was able to run Witcher 3 on high settings no problem at 60 fps.And CSGO at over 200 fps also max settings.

Q: I think the Ryzen 7 comes with a stock cooler. Is that cooler installed on the PC?
A: It has the stock Wraith Spire cooler which isn't too bad for a stock cooler.
