A: Yes, you can change the lighting inside the case. There is a small remote for this. The lighting can be turned off, but there is a red light going around the fan that stays on all the time.

A: My has 10 USB ports, a few are 3.0 the rest are 2.0. Yes it does have a headphone, or speaker, jack. (microphone as well).

A: This PC is configured with an 800 watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply. Please note that the brand and model for the power supply is not available as that will depend on what is available at the time of production otherwise we carry power supplies from various major brand and OEM manufacturers. A: Mine Came With 3 Fans, But If Possible I Plan On Adding LED Fans In The Near Future.
A: This model has only one HDMI port in the graphics card for displays. You will need to get a DP to HDMI cable (display port to HDMI) to connect other monitors. My computer has 1 HDMI port and 3 DP ports.

Q: Can the graphics card be upgraded to like a GTX 1080 or possibly a GTX 1080ti?
A: Yes. The card in it is a 1070 but it is a separate video card occupying a PCI-E slot.
