A: I UPGRADED MINE TO 16GB. I PURCHASED THE CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB PRO (DDR4 3000 MHZ ). WORKS REALLY WELL.

Q: What is the FPS on fortnite at low settings?
A: I say an easy 150 could be slightly less

A: This unit has 8 USB ports.
Q: Will this pc run games like Fortnite on high settings above 60 fps with no problem?
A: Probably, I don't play Fortnite but seeing as it runs games such as Grand Theft Auto V at 60+ frames on every setting almost to max I would say yes.
