A: If you are looking for an 8th gen CPU, do not get this item. I bought this specifically for the 8th gen and DDR Ram, but it came with 3rd Gen 3770 DDR3. Could not work with customer service fast enough, so I bought another. 2nd purchase all within 2 weeks also came in with incorrect 3rd gen 3770, not 8th. 2nd purchase will be returned. 1st PC I will have to settle with 3rd gen, but I am working towards a partial refund for advertising incorrect information. Heck of a deal if it were an 8th Gen. Too good to be true type of deal - not. Best Buy needs to not list this ... again .... when out-of-stock supposedly becomes available.
