this is my second dyson, i had the DC24 before and liked it.....but this one i love. they fixed everything i didn't like about my old one. the carpet height can be adjusted without turning the vacuum off. the tools stay in place and don't fall off like on the older version. the handle slides off very easy, so no problem using the tools i could go on and on........well, for it being refurbished...well i couldn't tell, looks like new, works like new, has all the manuals and attachments. great deal, love it!!!!!!!!!
