Q: CAN YOU MAKE SOURDOUGH BREAD IN THIS APPLIANCE?
A: It does not have a specific setting for sour dough, but i plan to try it after i have become more accustomed to variations in settings and ingredient adjustments. By experimenting using smallest size loafs, it should be easy enough to gradually perfect a full size loaf of any type.
Q: Does this bread maker have a dough only setting that I could use for making rolls?
A: This machine has a pizza dough making menu setting as well as a rolls setting.
