A: I had the same problem with the Rosewill RHST 15001 which is an almost identical appliance (base is plastic instead of stainless) and I discovered that the Rosewill version (plastic base) is sold in Australia and New Zealand as the George Forman Food Steamer (GF3TSM). If you Google the George Forman Food Steamer, you can find the AUS/NZ web sites.
