A: Do you mean steaming already cooked rice or cooking rice in a steamer? I don't recommend cooking rice on any steamer. Just buy a regular rice cooker. They come in all sizes and some are cheap(!) plus you can even "steam" or cook foods i.e. stews in them AND bake a cake! You'll be happy and will never go wrong on a real rice cooker.
