Q: Can the motion sensor on the keypad be disabled?
A: Yes, on the HOME setting, the motion sensors are disabled. Now getting the thing to stay connected to the base unit, that's another story.
Q: Is the keypad and sensors compatible with the Homebase 3?

A: just turn to HOME setting, entry sensors will do whatever you'd like, but motion sensors will stay off
Q: Is the home security keypad compatible with the eufy cam 2c base station?
A: it's a mish-mash... none of it works with the rest, they seem to change their minds with every new product, no product roadmap with these guys, but each item is good quality. It's a step above Wize, but I like fsar more than my old RING, Arlo, SmartThings, Swan and Q-See set-ups. Just wish they still had some human support, but I could say the same for Wyze too.
