Of course it is barely a month old so time will tell differently but being that it is replacing one that I already had I can tell what is better etc... For one it is SO quiet you can't be sure it is working. This newer version looks more sleek, I love that the buttons are hidden so it has a very smooth look.It is also designed so that it remembers the settings you usually use so you press one button and close the door and done.... But most importantly the way the water works in this model is better, more powerful, reaches all corners better than the previous. The settings of the racks are such that you have many many ways of working it out as you need. I have read before about people complaining about the detergent not being dispensed properly.... well, you need to read the instructions and look at the signs of warning..... YOU CANNOT load tall or big items directly in front of the detergent dispenser....that will block it and then it will not work properly... that should not be a reason to say that the dishwasher is not good. Also, the way my kitchen is designed, when the dishwasher was installed, the kick platter was too small. When looking at the dishwasher from afar you can see an opening between the dishwasher door and the kick platter .... it turns out that you need a double kick platter which I am getting from the manufacturer so that there is no opening which can eventually cause damage . Be sure to check that before you install it.

Love the stainless inside and out and the adjustability of the racks. Cleans the dishes but we rinse them clean before we put them in. One thing that we don't like at all is that the bottom rack comes off the track relatively easy and is a pain. Probably would not have bought this item but it was an openbox item and we got a great deal. It would have been to expensive

It was so quiet that the first time I ran it I didn't know it was working. I opened the door and restarted it several times. I went back to the manual and read it over over and realized everything was fine. Very quiet dishwasher. I really like the hidden controls on the top of the door.

It was one of the better reviewed dishwashers on Consumer Reports especially for the price. It's quiet and performs well. I like how the trays are set up -- they are adjustable and generic enough to handle a variety of dishware. The main thing I don't like is the bottom rack is floating in that it is not attached or held in by any type of railing. So when you pull it out with dishes loaded it always comes off the indention in the bottom of the dishwasher that acts as its guide and you have to wrestle it back on. Not a huge deal but rather more of an annoyance. One good thing about the floating bottom rack I guess is that there's less parts to break..

Lots of space to put a variety of sizes and shapes. I like the fold down tines on the bottom shelf where I can put a large casserole dish. I have been using the air dry to save energy. Once the unit shuts off, I open the door to let it finish drying. This works well for us. I have found that the regular heat dry doesn't work as well as I thought it should. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Overall, I am pleased with my choice!

- A:Answer Hello, We appreciate your inquiry. The normal wash cycle varies from light to heavy. The time varies as the “light” normal cycle can last approximately 105 minutes. The “medium” normal cycle takes approximately 110 minutes. The “heavy” normal cycle lasts approximately 130 minutes. The wash time may vary based on what the unit determine is needed. Thank you.

Q: Questiondoes the product depth include the handle?the specs state product depth is 25 inches, does that include the part of the handle that sticks out the furthest? I don't want the handle to impede the drawer perpendicular to the dishwasher location.
