A: Hi, my purchase doesn't come with the heart rate band and 42mm case which you mentioned.
Q: Does this one have the on wrist heart rate or does it need a chest strap?
A: I believe this is the same model I have, which - to start - i love the watch. However, it does not have a built in HR monitor, i needed to purchase a chest strap.
