A: Pulse Ox is the oxygenation level in your blood as opposed to VOmax which is the efficiency of your oxygen intake during exercise.

Q: Can you listen to music and answer calls on this watch ?
A: You can do both but your phone has to be nearby. Although you can download music directly to the watch and hear that without your phone.
Q: Does this watch come with golf courses loaded
A: No it doesn’t and I would suggest you download it via Pc because it takes a lot longer via wifi on the watch
