A: Depends on who you ask. When we initially ordered this we were told yes. The installer showed without it and then he said he would order it (he didn't) and come back. Then we called best buy and they ordered it for us as a "favor" but told us we were supposed to order all along. Save yourself the hassle, find someone other than best buy do to this.
