A: Yes, we can confirm that this model features a Piranha™ Hard Food Disposer which is located at the inlet of the wash pump. The Piranha anti-jamming hard food disposer inside the dishwasher grinds food particles before they go down the drain. This clears the passage through to the drain and eliminates the need to pre-rinse dishes. The Piranha hard food disposer is made of stainless steel and will never rust.
A: Those are the bottle wash jets which ensure a deep clean for tall items, narrow glasses, jars and more by directing water and detergent inside to effectively wash hard-to-reach areas.
A: No, there are no special jets for the silverware bin. This model has the center rotating jet arms in the bottom and middle of the dishwasher. It also has special drinking glass/vase/baby bottle jets built into the middle rack. The top rack is a shallow utensil/pizza pan rack that receives spray from a small top spray nozzle (that doesn't spin) and from the bottle jets if left uncovered and the center rotating spray arms. We pre-rinse our dishes and run the dishwasher on a shorter cycle, but have been very pleased with its performance after two months of use. It is very quiet.

A: To unlock the control pad, hold the Steam and Dry Boost buttons down at the same time for 3 seconds.

Pretty Good/Nice features
This dishwasher works just fine with some helpful features such as the too third rack for utensils. It works great for chopsticks! The racks do feel a bit more wobbly compared to the model down that we had prior, but this is due to the extra features of being able to adjust the height of the second rack. This is also great for taller items such as water bottles.

Very nice dishwasher! Easy to self install, excellent installation videos on YouTube if your interested. Machine is very quiet, hard to hear if it's running unless you stand nest to it. Cleans very well!

GE - 24 top control built in Dishwasher
I have used this dish washer a few times already and it has been working really well. I will have to say the only thing when we stand to close it and tough the key panel it does turn on the light panel but besides that works well and does a great job
