Q: Is the black a textured finished or gloss? Does the black scratch easily?

While the exterior is not scratch-proof, to keep your refrigerator looking new and provide protection for the exterior paint finish, we suggest to apply a coat of appliance polish wax at least twice a year. Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe or clean the exterior.
