A: Yes the double oven has two separate probes for each oven. We have not used them as wife doesn’t normally use any of the probes.good luck to you.

Q: My contractor is asking me what the electrical requirements are for this oven?
A: For the GE 30 cafe double ovens all I know is that it’s a 40 amp. Hope that helps, good luck.
Q: Is this oven ventless operate certifies for business use?
A: Ventless yes more direct vent into the open space from the bottom of the oven mostly. Not sure about work space approved, but no outside tubing required.
