GE - Profile 24" Tall Tub Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless-Steel

Extremely quiet. While the first wash had some food left on the bowls (I believe due to our using on the wrong setting) it works great. We are just going to have to learn to start using the different settings as opposed to old one which only had two; ON or OFF. The auto soap dispensing is a great feature. The esthetic aspects are fantastic.

I have had this dishwasher a week now and am definitely going to return it. Even though I have tried several different cycles (including the deep clean, added steam wash) my dishes are not getting clean. And they are still wet even after sitting in the dishwasher overnight. There is condensation on the inside of the door after every load. I am completely disappointed in the performance of this dishwasher. It seems to be fairly quiet, but who cares if it is not doing its job of washing and drying the dishes.

This beautiful appliance is what every homemaker dreams about. It is like having your own private maid. It cleans my dishes as well as pots and pans. The loading of this machine is awesome. I have lots of pots and pans, skillets, etc to load and it is done with such ease and with so much space to do so. I can put my tupperware and plastics in without fear of melting anything. You never know when this dishwasher is running, it is sooooo quiet. I love the ability to load a great supply of detergent and never worry about the right amount. The system chooses the needed supply and there is little waste. This is the silver lining I have needed in my kitchen for years. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and efficient machine. I hightly recommend this to anyone seeking clean dishes, pots and pans without owning dishpan hands...... I LOVE IT!!!!

I previously reviewed this dishwasher after having it for one week. At that time, we were very dissatisfied with it because it was not cleaning or drying dishes. Since we had purchased the Best Buy Service Protection, we decided it would be worth a shot to have them look at it before returning it to the store. We discovered that the bottom sprayer arm was disconnected and was not working. This was causing the dishes to not get washed properly. After the dishwasher was fixed and we started using the recommended detergent (Cascade), we saw great improvement. This dishwasher does a very good job of cleaning the dishes, even greasy ones. I have to use the Added Heat feature to get them dry, but at least they are getting dry. This GE dishwasher is a great improvement over the 5 year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher that we replaced. The GE is a much more solidly constructed appliance and does a better job of cleaning. I am happy with the GE and would recommend it.

I have this unit for two years, leaks like a rust bucket, ruined my floor and cabinets, has been repaired over 20 times!!! in two years. The only thing that's not replaced is the body. We bought extended warranty that says if it could be repaired they will not replace it, GE doesn't want to hear about any problems, give your money to Koreans because GE doesn't want you money. Save money!!!!! DON"T BUY ANY GE !!!!!!!products they don't stand behind their products period.
