Q: is it possible to change the case?
A: No it is not.
Q: Could it be upgraded to RTX 3080? Considering the PCIe V 3.0, would it be bottle necked if upgraded?
A: It is not know at this time what the performance difference will be between 3.0 and 4.0 PCIe with the 3000 series cards. You would need to wait until the card comes out and is benchmarked to see what the difference is.

A: I have had this computer for 2 years now, I haven't had any problems with my graphics card performance, this computer runs Battlefield 5, Forza Horizon 4, and (while minecraft is easy to run) it runs all of them very smoothly on high settings. No I don't believe it does.
