This mat wouldn't even hold up to my first one-hour yoga workout (moderate intensity). Even a couple of drops of sweat made the mat slick enough that Downward Dog positions were impossible. Furthermore, as I tried Warrior 1 and Reverse Warrior positions, the tension on the mat began to shred its surface, so that halfway through the workout, I was brushing off small foam pieces that had been sheared away.
This is one of the worst-quality products I have ever purchased, regardless of product category. Yikes. Stay away.
