Product Manuals
A: Its an error for Best Buy Website. Gotrax GX1 has max load 300lbs. Best Buy had another product saying it had only 6 mile range and but when I went to Gotrax website it said 40 mile range. Then I called Best Buy, the worker told me Gotrax has correct specs and Best Buy has wrong specs and doesn't want to change their mistake.
