Guitar Hero: Metallica - Xbox 360

I think Derek14790 is a little racist towards Activision. lol. Even if you are the type to jump on the bandwagon of hating games based from their makers, you have to recognize a good game when you see it no matter how much it pains you to admit it. I loved Guitar Hero II and thought they started putting too many popular songs on the Guitar Hero games after that. Still I've supported every Guitar Hero game that comes out because each of them have at least some songs I like and you can't put a price on how much fun you have playing the game. Rockband is fun too but I dont like the background when you play the game. I think Guitar Hero is much better in that sense. And now...finally a Guitar Hero to experience. Anyone who is a true Metallica fan will love EVERY song choice on the track list. And if you only like Metallica based on what you've heard on the radio...then you'll be pleasantly suprised by the musical explosion your ear drums will hear. THIS is the Guitar Hero any music fan has been waiting for. Now I'm crossin my fingers for a Guitar Hero Pantera. Come on Guitar Hero you can do it...I believe in you.

okay I am going to start by saying any one that says this game is not so fun should go pound sand becuse well....This is the best GH game yet, my buddy and got this the day it came out along with a double bass peddle and I will say the sounds of metallica have filled the house ever sence. Now I was to comment on the kid who said it keeps freezing um I have played this game for 23 hours non stop and didnt freeze once so I think its your xbox, and for the guy who said you can beat it in 2 days.....you can if your really good but this game has A TON of extra videos and back stage stuff its almost worth just for that, its got live songs, and even song facts. The gameplay is fine and the fun facter is way up there, becuse the first two songs you play are from metallica then you play a few guest acts then after that you can play metallica all you want, sure all games get broring after a bit...but theres nothing boring about dyers eve on expert on drums.....try it....I dare you....

this game seriously rocks from begining to end metallica is seriously one very awesome band cant wait for megadeths game to come out on the xbox or wii i heard alot of rumors that dave mustaines band might get a guitar hero or rock band video game also i hope these rumors are true and i cant wait to own slayer rock band or guitar hero i heard slayer was also going to get a game made for their band also both guitar hero and rock band both kick major butt

The point of this game is not to get through the career as fast as possible, but it's to top your scores and continue to get better. It's meant for players to enjoy playing METALLICA's music in game. Metallica songs were the most requested to be in guitar hero.... now theres a whole game for them! this game is WAY better than aerosmith because the tracks are FUN, the music is EXCITING, the animation is DEAD-ON. If you loved guitar hero 2, or 3, and missed the old challenge that guitar hero used to bring you, then purchase this game. If u want to complete the career and then figure ur done with the game... don't bother. If u DO want to complete the entire career, ya it'll take u merely 2 days-ish, but then u can go ahead and watch some of the metallifacts on ur favorite songs! if u want, watch the videos in the extras to see a few live performances =p and funny mo-cap footage. Get this game and try to top your scores!! this is a keeper for sure!

The only thing bad I can say about this game really has nothing to do with the game itself. If you hold the guitar wrong it enables the super multiplier. On to the game, as a kid I wanted more than nothing than to be in Metallica seeing is how I am not very talented I'll just have to use this game. When they announced that they were releasing this game I was skeptical. Needless to say but I was dead wrong. The game stands up to replay and goes through the onslaught of hard core Metallica songs. Now if it were me making it, there would have been a couple of other songs on it but hey that's why I work in the cell phone industry and don't make video games. I love this game and could not set it down for a week. Easy to say it's the best Guitar Hero ever.

This game is a dream come true. I love playing to the Metallica songs and approve of their choices. Machine Head, Corrosion of Conformity, and Samhain are standouts. It rules!!!

This game kicks major Metallica, dude! It's a really awesome game to play. I now own all, including: GH II, III: LOR, Aerosmith, & World Tour. That's a lot of songs, and a lot of Guitar Hero. I know that Rock Band has: Rock Band: The Beatles coming out soon. Since my sister loves The Beatles, I'll tell her to get Rock Band: The Beatles .... while I'm busy trying (and hoping if it ever comes out) to wait on Guitar Hero: Pink Floyd!!

I love guitar hero, and whats even better than thrashing to any other band than metallica? i cant wait for the game to come out, and if the release date s right, then the game will be coming out just a few days before my birthday! BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER gotta pre order it now, though, or else it will go flying of the shelves... aerosmith, i admit, was a fail, but metallica, there isnt a bad song by them, I cant wait!
