How will I know if an item I’ve ordered has been delayed?
If for some reason an item you've ordered is taking longer than expected to arrive, we'll let you know and give you updated arrival information. You can also Check Your Order Status any time to see the estimated arrival date and any available options.
Will Best Buy charge my credit card for the item while it's delayed?
We won’t charge your credit card until the item is shipped. But if you used PayPal, your PayPal account was charged at the time you placed the order.
