Steps to submitting a review:

1. First, log in to your My Best Buy® account to write a review. If you don't have a My Best Buy account, you can create an account for free. As a My Best Buy member, you can take advantage of program benefits that make shopping with us even more rewarding. You'll also receive exclusive member-only offers, get early access to our biggest sales and much more. 

2. Then, go to your purchase history or to the product page of the item you want to review.

i. On your purchase history, you'll find the "Write a review" link below the product name
ii. On the product page, find the "Write a review" link by either clicking the star rating below the product name or clicking to open the Rating & Reviews section

3. Click the "Write a review" link to provide a star rating, summary statement, review, upload images and more.

4. Complete the sections of the form (star rating, review summary and details, etc.)

5. You have the option to upload up to 6 images from your device.

6. Check that you entered information correctly. Reviews cannot be edited after submission.

7. Click the Submit Review button.

Guidelines for writing a review:

We want product and service reviews to be both authentic and informative, so we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Focus on the product or service and your individual experience using it.
  • Provide details about why you liked or disliked a product or service.
  • We reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any of the following types of content or violates other guidelines:

i. Obscenities, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum

ii. Advertisements, spam, content, or references to other products, services, offers, or websites

iii. Posting of content in exchange for compensation of any kind including the receipt of free or discounted products or services other than through the verified Best Buy Tech Insider Network program

iv. Email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, physical addresses or other forms of contact information

v. Critical or spiteful comments on other reviews posted on the page or their authors

vi. All submitted reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms and Conditions, and we reserve the right not to post your review if it contains any content that violates these or any other Best Buy guidelines

In addition, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, services, pricing, ordering, delivery or other customer service issues, please do not submit this feedback through a product review. Instead, contact us.

Rating & Review Agreement/Terms:

User Generated Content: Reviews, Comments, Communications, and other content. You may interact with the Best Buy Properties in numerous ways, including Reviews and Ratings, videos, questions and answers, community forums, testimonials, and email communication. You hereby grant Best Buy a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, delete, and distribute any information (except order information sent via email or phone) or materials you share with us throughout the world in any media, including when you allow Best Buy to feature text, images and videos shared through social media (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest) or submitted through our Reviews & Ratings. You also grant us the right to use the name and social media handle that you use when you share content with us in connection with that content. When you share content to us, you will disclose any affiliation you have, and you will not share anything that contains harmful computer code, references other websites, or is false, misleading, illegal, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, biased, threatening, or harassing.
