How to Change Shipping or Pickup Options After an Order Has Been Placed

Need to change your shipping or pickup options? Make changes to a recent order

You can change your shipping options as long as we haven’t started the shipping process. This is usually within 30 minutes of placing your order. (During our busy holiday season, it might be shorter.)

In general, here are the timeframes to keep in mind.

Let us know within 30 minutes if you’d like to:

  • Change your shipping method
  • Switch from shipping to store pickup
  • Change the shipping address

Let us know within 5 days if you’d like to:

  • Change the store pickup location
  • Change the person picking up your order

We'll hold your store pickup items at the store for 5 days. If you don't pick up your items by then, we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment. If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be canceled, check your order details for extended pickup options.
