System don't work anymore - after 2 weeks

"Your device has failed verification - System halted". Will return this ASAP. Software have a problem that don't let tv to start

- A:Answer Actually I have had a hisense tv for years and now that I use a streaming service I wanted a tv that could stream and also use over the air using one simple remote. That is the main reason I selected the Hisense android tv. It does have the number pad in the remote.
