Q: How can I get service to assemble fan ready for use?
A: EZ to do by yourself. Just follow the directions - just make sure you feed the power cord thru the base as the directions say. 6 screws total. 3 in the top assembly and 3 at the base. Phillips screw driver is all that's needed. The stand snaps together AFTER you feed the power cord thru it. Call the store and see if the Geek Squad could do it but it would probably cost more than the fan itself.
Q: Does this machine cools with cool air. Does this machine works like an air conditioner
A: It doesn’t cool the air. This fan doesn’t replace A/C but it definitely helps circulate the cool air so you can set the thermostat higher.
A: Not gonna do what you require. Not an air conditioner.
A: It has no filter. I clean blower with cover off and vacuum with brush attached.
