A: I clean mine regularly using canned air to keep dust and debris from accumulating.
Q: Are the fan blades visible behind the slats in the tower supposed to turn? Mine doesn't turn.
A: The tower rotates (oscillates) on the pedestal when selected.
Q: Can you adjust the louvres (slats) to direct air up or down? Thx
