Q: Is it a product of China or USA? (5 answers)
A: HP calculators are either made in China or the Philippines. There are two factories making them in China. The ones coming out of the CNY factory are terrible. These are the first three letters on the serial number. The ones out of the other factory (CNA I believe) are ok, but try to find one made in the Philippines; they are of much higher quality, although still not as good as the older ones made in the USA.Q: how do i replace the comma with decimal point? (1 answers)
A: Here how you do this on an HP 12C Calculator Changing the Display from a Comma to a Decimal Point 1)Turn off the calculator. 2)Hold down the decimal point. 3)Continue to hold the decimal point key, while turning on the calculator.Q: is this hp12c model RPN? (2 answers)

You might try this first: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bpia5202 I'm afraid that it is unlikely to find a repair shop for this product, and purchasing a new one would probably be the most cost effective choice. That being said, here is some information on folks who repair HP calculators: https://www.hpmuseum.org/repair.htm#else
- A: Yes it is. My husband says the calculator works great.
