Q: Turned on computer today and it says wrong password. I only use 2 different passwords and neither one works. Just used the computer yesterday with no problems. Also wont let me get into where it says reset password

A: Great question. This computer comes with an integrated graphics card that does not support a 3D monitor. You would have to add a graphics card that can support 3D.
