A: I have a TP01-1137c. I assume your question has to do with that refurbished unit, and that is what my answer applies to. Mine has a DVD-RW drive. I saw no indication that Win 10 Pro was an available option.

A: I called best buy to ask about this and they put me on hold for 45 minutes and then just hung up. I called again and asked for a supervisor and they refused to put one on. I'll be returning the computer. Don't really need it anyway
