A: Same problem .. can somebody help ???
Q: When not in use , is the green light supposed to stay on ?
A: When you power it on by long-pressing the power button the light turns green letting you know it’s ready to be used. You then cycle through the three power levels by quick-pressing the power button 1,2,and 3 times. When you quick-press the power button a fourth time it will be put in standby and the light will stay green letting you know it’s still ready to be used: If you keep it in standby mode for about 5 min, not pressing any buttons, then it automatically turns itself off fully, the light turns off, and you will need to do another long-press to power it on again. All this only applies if you have unplugged it from the charger. The light stays on if you have it plugged in to indicate its charging level. I don’t think it’s recommended to use the hypervolt while it’s plugged in.
Q: What is the wattage of this?
A: The AC-DC adapter charger includes different electrical plugs (swappable, aka: acceptable for European use) with input 100-240 V (0.7 A) and output 18 V (1.0 A)....so, 18 Watts if that is what you're asking. Beware, the charger cord has a proprietary plug for the percussion massage unit.
A: Hi there! Yes, all 5 of our Hypervolt attachment heads are included with our Hypervolt 2 and Hypervolt 2 Pro packages!
Q: What is the amplitude for this massager?
A: The amplitude of the Hypervolt 2 is 12mm.
Q: What is the stall force of this massager?
A: I am not sure the exact number. I weigh almost 200 lbs, and I was able to put it under my thigh and apply pressure to get it deeper. It never slowed nor stalled. It made my whole leg numb after 10 minutes of how deep the massage was going.
Q: What is the speed in RPMs of the unit?
A: Hi there! The speed and frequency of the Hypervolt 2 is listed below according to each speed setting: Level 1: 33 Hz / 2,000 PPM Level 2: 40 Hz / 2,350 PPM Level 3: 45 Hz / 2,700 PPM
