A: It is (can run ARMA 3 with full settings and about 30 to 45 people flying, driving and shooting at the same time on 1080p), BUT We had a problem with IBUY, See if you can talk to your local Best buy to get it delivered from somewhere else... Otherwise, you will have to do what we did, and have best buy constantly watching your order. Because BELIEVE ME, IBUY IS NOT A RELIABLE SOURCE (ours took a few weeks with our local best buy supervisor bugging them for about 2 days at the 1 1/2 week point, and IBUY delivering a faulty product with a disconnected C drive wire.) Good luck though with whatever you pick. Will take you down on PUBG!
