Q: Does it come with the cord to plug it in? Because in the description it says it only comes with the speaker. And what is the name of the cord if it comes with one? I'm looking for the replacement cord but I don't know what it's called.

A: Yes it does but not with the charger. You will have to Plug it into a computer to charge it or use any phone charger that plugs into an AC outlet will suffice

Q: can the voice prompt be turned off or otherwise disabled? (i find it annoying).

A: Yes, the voice prompts can be turned off on this speaker by holding down the Play/Pause button for 5 seconds.

Q: How does speaker sound to other party to phone conversation? Does it give off background noise or block out noises from driving car for quiet & clear phone conversation? Has anyone had the other party to phone conversation complain about background noise?
